Computers carry a standard 3-year warranty
unless otherwise stated on the invoice. All
other associated peripherals carry a standard
1-year warranty unless otherwise stated on
the Invoice. |

If a peripheral carries a warranty that
has coverage over and above the standard
1 year CollTeck warranty, then the manufacturers warranty will come into affect
unless otherwise stated on the invoice. |

Laptops, Monitors, printers, scanners and special order items, will be covered
by the manufacturers warranty only, unless otherwise
stated on the invoice.. |

Return Policy: CollTeck Computers does not
have a return policy unless otherwise stated
on the invoice. If a product is returned,
its value will be applied as a credit at
CollTeck Computers, but only if the product
is in the original packaging and accompanied
by the original sales invoice. If any product
you wish to return shows signs of use, it
will not be accepted for return. |

All warranties are a carry-in warranty unless
otherwise stated on the invoice. Arrangements
can be made for any in-house service, pick
up and delivery for warranty service but
this will carry an additional charge. |

All warranties are subject to packaging
and shipping charges if these charges are
occurred by CollTeck Computers during the
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process. |
